Integration with the Office for Social Inclusion

On 1 July 2009 the Combat Poverty Agency was integrated with the Office for Social Inclusion to form a new division within the Department of Social and Family Affairs. The Director of the Division is Gerry Mangan.

Combat Poverty will remain in Islandbridge until the end of September 2009 and all contact details will remain the same. From October 2009 our location will be Gandon House, Amiens Street, Dublin 1.

Our library and information service remains open in Islandbridge until September and will relocate to Gandon House in October.

Combat Poverty's administrative records from 1986 to 2004 inclusive have been donated to the National Archives and may be consulted there.

Our website has been archived on the Internet Archive (www.archive-it.org). Our publications have also been uploaded to Google Books and may be searched at http://books.google.ie.
