Bypassing NavigationFor users with screen readers, we have provided skip links to jump over collections of links and go straight to content. These links are invisible to sighted users. Press Home to go to the top of the page. Using the Tab Key to jump between linksIf you are using a keyboard, try using the TAB key to skip from link to link. All navigation and forms provide a logical order for this. Document Format and AccessibilitySome of the information on this website is available in PDF format to provide for easier reading and printing offline. The PDF format is not always accessible (except in the case of PDF documents created with the latest Adobe Acrobat software). Some documents were created before this software was available. In particular, our older out-of-print publications have been scanned and made available in PDF format - these documents are not accessible. We have, where possible, provided the same document in either HTML format or in Microsoft Word. Printer-friendly versions of pages containing a lot of text are also available. PDF documents on this site require Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded free from the Adobe website Contact UsIf you encounter any difficulties in using this site or have any comments or feedback please email library.socialinclusion@welfare.ie.
