If you're doing a project on poverty or a topic related to poverty, there's
lots of information on our website to help you:
- Facts about poverty is
a good place to start - it gives you the facts and figures and explains
what poverty is and how it affects people in Ireland today
- Our publications site has
lots of stuff you can download for free on issues related
to poverty such as homelessness, educational disadvantage and health
inequality
- Our website and publications use a lot of terms you might not be familiar
with - the glossary should
help you understand what they mean. If you need help with explaining
jargon or with anything else on our site, email us at library.socialinclusion@welfare.ie.
